Phoenix Education (Diversity & Inclusion) Academy (PEDIA) offers educational programmes and support services that engage, elevate and empower learners with diverse educational needs — including those who are underachieving, from hard-to-reach communities, or at risk of becoming NEET (not in education, employment or training).

Who We Support
We support young people aged 14–16+ with a range of educational needs, including learners who:
- are struggling in mainstream education
- have mild to moderate learning difficulties, including EHCPs
- need support with confidence or independence
- are at risk of exclusion
- are not currently attending school full time
- are approaching adulthood and need life skills support
- are not in education, employment or training (NEET)
